Top Hat Terrace Vacation Rental - Paradise in the Heart of Sledding Country Top Hat is a fully stocked house in the Monashee Mountain Range on Three Valley Lake. Short commute to Revelstoke, BC.

Top Hat Terrace Vacation Rental is nestled in the Monashee Mountain Range on Three Valley Lake. Top Hat Terrace provides more than two acres of recreation property including approximately 600 feet of lake shore on Three Valley Lake. This fully stocked approx. 1,350 sq.ft. rental house has two bedrooms; a master with queen sized bed and satellite TV and a second bedroom with a double/single bunk bed. The open floor plan in the living area has a double pull out couch, gas fireplace, 50 inch TV, bar area, dining room and a full kitchen.

The main bathroom is located on the main floor with a two piece powder room located upstairs by the bedrooms. In addition there is an approx. 900 sq.ft. finished walkout basement where you will find a recreation room that features an air hockey table, foosball table, and Wii for your enjoyment. The basement also has a queen size hide-a-bed in the games room area. The lower cedar deck has a 5 person hot tub right on the deck with views of the lake, mountains and the beautiful night sky. The newly replaced upper deck wraps around the entire house providing stunning views of the lake and mountains year round.

Top Hat Terrace is a sledder’s dream location with multiple access points to recreational and powder sledding. The closest Revelstoke Snowmobile Club trail is located less than one kilometer from the front door. The Revelstoke Ski Hill boasts the longest lift-served drop in North America and is located less than a half hour drive away. Also available nearby is Heli, Cat powder and cross country skiing along with numerous other winter activities and adventures.

As a summer destination, Revelstoke and area have an abundance of recreational activities and attractions, including (but not limited to): helicopter tours, museums, go-carts, hiking, fishing, boating, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing and swimming. Top Hat Terrace is located on Three Valley Lake and has a private beach located steps from the front door. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit roasting marshmallows, telling stories or simply watching the camp fire and enjoying the star lit sky. By : Karen S. on June : 2015 Wonderful house. Plenty of room. Private little beach. Lake is great for boating and fishing. My husband even caught a fish. Location is close to highway but the house is very sound proofed. Great for family, group, relaxing, anything!!! Great helpful hosts!!

Right off highway 1, high up in the mountains, in the middle of an S-curve on the highway. But talk about hosts!!! We were led into the place by one of the owners who texted us along the way to see how we were doing. You really can't beat this place! We came as a youth group of 12. The floor up top worked for the girls to sleep, the basement was big enough for all the guys and the main floor was open to be used freely as well as the hot tub! Definitely considering a return trip to this place. Oh, and you won't wake up with a better view...gorgeous backyard ;)

House was fully stocked with everything you needed. Hot tub was so nice after our awesome days of being in the mountains. We can't wait to go back next winter. Highly recommended.

The views were amazing, tucked among the mountains and right on the lake, the train would cruise by and it would look something out of a kids train set! Owners were very accommodating and cabin had everything we needed! Definitely recommended!

Everything was super clean and everything we needed was right there for us. The hot tub was a great bonus and we enjoyed relaxing and watching the snow fall as we were hot and cozy. I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone. The owners are fantastic!!

By : Trish on October : 2014 Wonderful mini-vacation spot! The cabin is very clean and comfortable, and the views are fantastic. We arrived at night, so woke up to see the lake and mountains in the morning - breathtaking. The new hot tub is an excellent addition. We loved sitting in it during the evenings, even when it was raining: so nice to be warm and toasty and yet watch the rain falling. The owners have put together a binder full of things to do around Revelstoke, which we found very helpful. We did many of the walks/hikes and deeply enjoyed the fall colours and the views. Revelstoke itself is a lovely little town, and we recommend The Village Idiot Pub for their atmosphere and excellent food. We would love to return to Top Hat Terrace!

We went snowboarding at Revelstoke Mountain, ice fishing on the lake, and spent time playing board games and watching the Olympics in this cozy cabin! The kitchen comes with everything you need for making dinner and storing leftovers. The beds are super comfy as well as the pull out couch. There's tons of space and the furnishings are really nice! We loved the wrap around deck and sitting out there watching the sunsets on the mountains. This cabin is close enough to town if you need anything but far enough away to feel disconnected from the busy world. Last but not least, the hosts of the Top Hat Terrace are very kind and very accommodating and we enjoyed planning our vacation with them.
By : Katherine on December : 2013 We had an amazing time over New Years! The pictures on the web site give a glimpse of the beauty of the views. One of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. We found the kitchen to be extremely well stocked with everything needed, in fact will bring crock pot food for our future visits! The house is open concept, spacious and very well furnished with very comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time away from the ski hill playing on the air hockey and fooseball tables in the basement, a really nice touch! The owners were not only helpful and informative but also provided a 'what's happening in Revelstoke' email, describing events that were taking place during our holiday. They have obviously taken the time to make sure we enjoyed our vacation. We found the commute to Revelstoke a breeze, and were happy to be away from the downtown area. We have already recommended this property to our friends and are looking at our calendar to find a timeframe that we can book again.
