This charming 3 bedroom / 1 bath log sided cabin is situated on 2/3 acre in the serene Ponderosa pine forest east of Payson, AZ. The cabin is 1250 square feet and fully furnished. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the open floor plan with a spacious, 400 square foot great room that invites you to relax and enjoy down time with your family and friends, to play games, read or watch the big screen TV. The propane stove keeps the room warm and cozy during the colder months. You will find ample seating on the sofa, love seat, two chairs and a recliner. The other common areas include a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with seating for 8 and a wood burning stove. The three bedrooms and one bath are well supplied with clean linens, charming décor and individual heaters to accommodate different guests.
Whether you prefer the crisp cool winter weather or the mild mountain temperatures of the spring, summer and fall the extended wood deck overlooking the large fenced lot and enclosed garden area with fruit trees is waiting for you. Log deck furniture provides seating for everyone. It’s a great space for children and small house pets to run and play. The two car garage houses a washer and dryer and provides extra storage.
The cabin is a perfect place to unwind. It’s ideal for a family vacation and relaxing retreats with family and friends but not too big for a cozy get away with your spouse for significant other. Enjoy a short weekend or stay longer to really reap the benefits of the ambiance and the serene setting.

Area Information
Payson is 75 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport by car or shuttle service. This small town is located between the two mountain ranges, is graced with spectacular natural beauty and situated in one of only three pure air ozone belts in the world.
At an elevation of 5,000 feet, the area enjoys a mild climate year-round outdoor.
Residents and tourists alike enjoy the hunting, fishing, boating, camping or hiking in the world’s largest stand of Ponderosa pine. Just minutes away from town are several beautiful rim lakes, countless trout streams, and miles of mountain biking, hiking and horse trails.
Payson hosts the World’s Oldest Continuous Rodeo as well as festivals and activities that showcase the Old West. With more than two dozen art galleries, jewelry makers, and specialty retailers such there’s no reason to head to the big city for fine arts, crafts, and antiques.
