This semi detached cottage is well equipped and boasts stunning uninterrupted views North to the mountains off the Trossachs and East to the Wallace Monument at Stirling. On the ground floor is the lounge which has an open fire, a good sized, well equipped kitchen with breakfasting area, a twin bedroom, bathroom and dining room.Upstairs has coombed ceilings with feature wooden beams and velux windows. Here you will find the master bedroom and the spacious landing with a sofa bed (for + 1) and reading area. The cottage also has its own enclosed garden with off road parking.

The surrounding farmland has lovely green fields and grazing cattle who nosy over the garden fence. You are only a short drive away from the village of Kippen, which has great local facilities with a butcher, grocery shop and award winning pub and restaurant. Nearby Balfron has a 18 hole golf course and Carron Valley has graded mountain bike trails. There is ample opportunities for fishing (by permit) on the numerous surrounding lochs.
The Campsie Fells and Fintry Hills provide a variety of walking tracks and the Trossachs has spectacular mountains to climb like Ben Lomond, Ben A'an, Ben Venue and Ben Ledi. The city of Stirling is less than a 15 minute drive away and offers wonderful historic places of interest to visit, a great shopping centre, leisure facilities including a large multi screen cinema.
Blair Drummond Safari Park is a fantastic day out for all the family. There are numerous activities available for every age and interests including clay pigeon shooting, horse riding, guided walks, 4x4 safari's, quad biking and sailing. For the more adventurous Aberfoyle has a high wire forest experience, with the longest zip wire in Britain. It ia an area steeped in history and there are lots of places of interest to visit.
The Loch Katrine Steamship 'Sir Walter Scott' is a great cruise, reached by a thrilling drive over the twisting undulating 'Duke's Pass', or experience the 3 Lochs Forest Drive. Visit Scotland's only lake - Lake of Menteith - and take a boat trip over to Inchmahome Priory. This great central location provides opportunity to explore Stirlingshire and the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park.
