The fully furnished guest apartment has 750 sq. feet (69.68 sq. m) with private entry, very quiet, just 8 short minutes to the ocean, nestled in an upscale community. The rental consists of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a queen size bed, hardwood floor, with an extra storage area and big closets. The 1 bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with marble walls and floor.

The living room is spacious with a black Italian leather couch and seat, ceiling fan, window blinds for privacy, a dining area, a 42 inch Sony TV and DVD player, FIOS TV plus HBO, free high speed Wi-Fi available. I have an extensive film library that you can enjoy during your stay. The floors are of travertine throughout to the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, hotplate, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and grill. Steps to the Green Belt park and short minutes walk to the beach.... "your front yard".

You can walk, bicycle, roller skate, paddle board, swim...

Not only was it close to the beach, restaurants and shopping it was only one and one-half blocks from our son's home. The homeowner was easy to work with and very accommodating with our needs. We would definitely stay there if we were going back. Our favorite restaurant was Captain Kidd's in Redondo Beach. Great Sea Food!
By : Steve K. on November : 2015 Great location, very close to restaurants and other shops and businesses. It is just a couple of blocks from the beach. The apartment is very nice and quite, a great place to relax and unwind. This is the best place stay in Hermosa Beach.
By : Dave L. on October : 2015 Our host, Asenka, was extremely welcoming and very helpful. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos - clean, spacious and well equipped. We were visiting relatives and the apartment was in easy driving distance to their house, 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 minutes walk from Hermosa Pier and plaza with a wide range of restaurants and bars. We had a great stay and will definitely book again the next time we visit.

The apartment is comfortably decorated with modern furniture and appliances with complete kitchen. The location is very convenient to the pier, restaurants and beach. Our host was most accommodating to all of our needs and we would definitely stay here again as well as recommend to a friend!

Credit & debit card payments are subject to an additional 2.5% fee (+1.25% international fees if applicable), which will be deducted from the security deposit refund.

Cancelation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
