Overall a good deal for two couples traveling on a budget: The apartment was located close to restaurants, a supermarket, and the subway. The host was also super friendly. Our big "con" was the lacking overall cleanliness and care for the apartment (water stains/paint peeling from walls, toilet didn't work, rugs were filthy...). But overall really ok for a few days!

commerce ouvert très tard donc un grand + quand on rentre de plus de 8h de shopping !
Propriétaire charmante et adorable! Appartement propre et fonctionnelle. Franchement rien à dire...
- euh perso j'en ai pas trouvé !
PS : On est sur brooklyn alors les personnes qui veulent du bling bling de Manhattan passés votre chemin!

Très bon appartement situé en plein Brocklyn facilité pour faire des achat quels qu'ils soient (habit, nourriture ...) métro à 300 mètres qui est bien desservi (20 à 30 minutes de Times Square). Eglise Gospel à 2 minutes. Donc pour faire la visite de New York c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bien situé avec des commer ces de proximité et le bus, le métro à proximité.
Appartement confortable, environnement plutôt calme.
