By : Wendy H. on June : 2015 My brothers and I live in different parts of the country, and try to get together with our spouses and children at least once a year. This year, 12 of us piled into this home in Locust Grove and had a blast!! The home was so spacious, no one felt on top of anyone else. There were three bedrooms upstairs and three downstairs, with one bedroom nicely laid out for teens or pre-teens who just wanted to hang out with each other for a while. The kitchen and dining areas were spacious enough to allow folks to congregate and socialize while breakfast or dinner was being made. And the large comfortable living room area leant itself nicely to our final night of just talking, laughing, and enjoying each other's company. We were concerned that Locust Grove might be too far from Atlanta, but honestly, we barely noticed the time spent driving to the tourist spots. I don't think we drove much longer than 20-30 minutes to get to any of our activities in the city. And coming home to a two car garage and off street parking was invaluable to us. The home is on a cul-de-sac, so it's perfect if you have little ones playing outside. It was adequately stocked with supplies for cooking, eating, cleaning, laundry, etc., and was close to a Walmart Superstore and other shops if you wanted anything more. Best of all, the owner responded quickly from the time of booking the home (months in advance), to promptly returning the deposit (within 24 hours), and all things in between. He was truly easy to work with and very professional. My family would definitely stay here again the next time our yearly family gathering takes us to Atlanta! We were also promptly refunded the security deposit. A weelkly rate is considered 6 nights and 7 days and that rate is $1900.00

Monthly rate is considered to be between 27 to 31 nights and that rate is $8400.00.

Daily night is $350.00

There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.

CAPACITY IS 14,(RATE IS BASED ON 12 GUESTS)EXTRA CHARGE IS $75.00 PER GUEST PER NIGHT.

There is a $250.00 security deposit which is refundable.

There is a $150.00 cleaning fees.

There is a $1000.00 security deposit for a monthly rental( which is refundable.
