Aeolos Villa is a beautiful beachfront villa inspired by the Samean architecture, the harmony of nature and the magnificent views of the sea by the ancient Amfilissos River at the south-west part of Samos Island. Protected by the rocks, where the river meets the sea, you may enjoy the unhindered Aegean sunset of the Aeolos villa, relax to the sound of the waves and observe the wondrous starlit sky and unique full moon of Balos beach.

Why Aeolos villa
Aeolos villa is located in a charming area at the foothills of Mount Kerkis, whose caves hosted the ancient philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras, and the estuary of the ancient Amfilissos River by the sea.
The 200 m2 villa was built with ecological awareness and respect to the environment, and combines traditional Samean architecture and modern facilities, since it has been recently renovated. Here you may enjoy the beautiful Aegean sunset, relax to the music of the waves, be enchanted by the wonderful starry sky and the memorable full moon of the area.
It offers privacy, anonymity, security and tranquility in a harmonious environment, a wonderful retreat for families, couples or groups of friends.
The monastery inspired architecture of the living room with its multiple high windows, the double-height ceilings, its handmade Italian chandeliers with blown glass and handmade wooden furniture compose an ideal room for relaxation and tranquility.
The Victorian type patio, literally above the Amfilissos river, with its fireplace and spectacular views to the garden, the sea, the river and the mountain of Kerkis, offer unique views and sensations that make it an ideal choice for winter vacationing.
The wine cellar, in the basement of the Villa, made by a local artisan, completes the monastery sensation, offering wine tasting of fine local wines, excellent Samean grappa and the sun-dried muscat wine, the so-called nectar of the gods.
The rooms, each with oak floor and a different style, are equipped as to provide flawless and wholesome hospitality, making this a unique guest experience.
Accommodation
The villa consists of:
The main open plan living room, including the dining area and kitchen, all connected to the patio with its fireplace, which serves as a second living room.
Four independent bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and a small wc with shower, which can accommodate adults and young children. We also provide a cot and baby equipment.
The wine cellar in the basement, and large terraces that surround the house and have direct access to the garden, sea and river.
Bedrooms
All bedrooms are air conditioned, with hypoallergenic mattresses made of natural fibers, cotton linen and excellent quality linen, robes, slippers, towels and ecological personal hygiene bathroom supplies, well-known for their natural and ecological materials, friendly to the environment. There are also separate sea bathrobes for our guests. Moreover, all bedrooms are equipped with hair dryers and ironing. The bedroom mats are also made from natural fibers, contributing to an overall healthy sleeping area.
The Romantic Suite
The Romantic Suite consists of the master bedroom of the villa, which is located on the first floor, with its own lounge, office and private bathroom on the ground floor, which are connected with a handmade oak staircase. The Romantic Suite has two entrances, the indoor and an outdoor to the garden.
The bedroom suite offers great views of the Aegean Sea and Mount Kerkis through its six windows providing private accommodation from the rest of the house. It features a king-size bed and is framed with oak wardrobes.
Among the special features of the room are a rocking chair, a cot, if necessary, and a safe. In the lounge area there is a sofa-bed that can accommodate two extra guests if necessary.
The office area with its handmade furniture, overlooking the garden, provides the opportunity for study and contemplation to those guests who wish to work in their journey or be inspired by scenery.
It is a very romantic choice, but also serves for privatization, isolation, meditation, study, creative writing and other activities.
The Eirini and Apollon Bedrooms
Originally designed as children bedrooms, The Eirini and Apollon Rooms can accommodate up to three guests and share a large bathroom. The Eirini Room has a queen-size bed and the Apollon Room is a single bedroom
The Guestroom
This bedroom was initially designed as the guestroom of the villa and able to accommodate a couple and two young children.
The room has a semi-double bed and a custom-made semi-double bed bunk. The special feature of the room is the bunk bed found above the wardrobe, accessible through a custom-made small ladder, an ideal and fun choice for children.
The Guestroom has its own small private wc and shower.
It is located next to the patio of the house and as such, it offers privacy from the rest of the house.
