Holiday house on the Cabo de Gata Natural Park

Country house El Campillo, holiday house on the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, it is over a 100 years old house, which has been furbished keeping the ecological and historical points of the traditional style. It is equipped with all necessary comfort and it offers the best conditions in a wonderful area to spend a relaxing holiday. All rooms have a bathroom and a private terrace with views over the far valley.

In order to have a cosy ambience, there is an under floor heating system for the winter, and ceiling fans on the first floor bedrooms for the summer. There is a fully equipped kitchen available for the guests, with a dining area and a terrace with a wood fired oven, as well as a common room on the basement with a library, TV, DVD, table football, etc. In Cortijo El Campillo it seems that the time stops. Here you will just listen in the morning the cock crowing, and in the evening the screech-owls, grills and cicadas and occasionally a donkey. The perfect place to completely relax.

Aktive-holidays: There are Mountain Bikes available , as well as clear maps and GPS, in order to discover the Natural Park and the river by bike.

There are many sport activities available, also on the sea where remains the last unspoilt piece of coast of the Mediterranean.

Ornithology: The bird's world of Cabo de Gata - Níjar is particularly diverse, both the local birds and migrating birds stop over or winter at the salt pans of Cabo de Gata.

Nature lovers: Nature lovers get their money's worth: our holiday house is located in the middle of the Natural Park!

Geologists and mineral friends will find interesting species here.
