4 Bedroom Holiday Bungalow in Beekbergen-Zuid
A spacious and pleasant house in the woods of Beekbergen
Recreation Bungalow Dove stands on 550 m2 of land situated in the woods between Loenen and Beekbergen. The area of the Veluwe and the vast IJsselmeer region are within walking distance and the Hoge Veluwe by bike. Historical cities Apeldoorn, Arnhem, Zutphen and Deventer are within a radius of 25 kilometers.
Around the house is a beautifully landscaped garden. More than 200 perennials, shrubs and trees, 80 rhododendrons. From the living room you look out on a piece of (your) forest with squirrels, rabbits, thrushes, woodpeckers, nuthatches and Treecreepers, finches, titmice etc.
The house is in the forest park Beekbergen. Make (free) use of the indoor pool of the park. Play tennis or cycling. Or eat and drink in the restaurant, café or pancake house. Visit the wellness center. Activities for children are also there in the holidays.
Enjoy the entire interior, the beautiful tiles, the paintings, the magnificent wooden staircase and the loft of this beautifully designed home.
In the summer you can relax on a rug to lie in the grass or on a couch in one of the two terraces. The vegetation is a lot of privacy.
And if it is cold, then the combustion (high efficiency) insert. Please bring or buy wood at the park.
The property appears to be in demand. About 2014 an occupancy rate of 65% was realized. If you have a midweek (from Monday afternoon to Friday morning), then the cost is three instead of four nights.

De woning is schoon, stijlvol ingericht, strak, maar wel gezellig! De open haard kan aan en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. De matrassen zijn goed, het beddengoed voldoende aanwezig en schoon, en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad: lekker gekookt en gegeten, gezellig spelletjes gedaan, de omgeving verkend en met onze kinderen gespetterd in het zwembad van het park. Van de voucher voor het saunaatje (leuke geste van het park!) hebben we dankbaar gebruik gemaakt. De eekhoorns liepen door de tuin, voor de kinderen het einde! Tot slot hebben we heerlijk gedineerd in een restaurant in een naastgelegen park: Robin Food. Een onverwachte verrassing: heerlijk eten voor een prima prijs! De speeltoestellen op het park voor de kinderen waren ook erg fijn.
Enige aandachtspuntje is dat wij het huis minder goed geïsoleerd vonden: het was buiten vrij koud toen wij er waren, en bij sommige ramen voel je de koude lucht. Dus de open haard was bij ons geen overbodige luxe!
Aandachtspuntje voor mensen met kleine kinderen: de open trap in de woonkamer heeft geen traphekjes. Dat was voor ons geen probleem. Bovendien kun je zowel beneden als boven goed slapen.
Kortom: wij hebben een heerlijk lang weekend gehad in dit fijne huis!
Owner's Response: In de ramen zit goed geïsoleerd dubbelglas (HR++), maar aan de bovenkant van de ramen zitten ventilatieroosters. Als je het te koud vindt, kun je die ook dicht doen. Wil je toch meer frisse lucht dan kun je het ventilatiesysteem op een hogere stand zetten. De knop zit boven het aanrecht in de keuken.
