The main floor comprising a spacious and bright living area furnished with ample and comfortable sofas with dining room with amazing views to the Alcudia bay and the Mediterranean sea. The kitchen is fully equipped, has a pantry and connects to a terrace, perfect for outdoor dining with a bar area and ample table up to ten people. The very spacious covered outdoor dining area with seating is perfect for meals alfresco whilst enjoying the fabulous views and there is a BBQ. There is also another and more romantic terrace. On this floor there is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a cloakroom.
The other four bedrooms are downstairs: The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with jacuzzy and shower. There are two twin bedrooms sharing a shower room and a double bedroom with ensuite shower room. These rooms have access to a terrace with sea and pool views. On the ground floor you can find the pool , with a smaller pool for kids, a comfortable and intimate chill out area with candles and gazebo offering shade, a spacious sun deck and hot water shower. Large 8 x 3,5 m pool close to the chill out area. The pool also has a children's area.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful and exclusive parts of the island. An all year round destination offering much more than just sun, sea and sand. The typical food, sobrasadas, ensaimadas, and drink are based on local produce and can be savored at reasonable prices. The premier 18-hole Alcanada Golf Club, owned by the famous Porsche family, is close to the property. Surely one of the best golf courses in Europe, Alcanada boasts an interesting and challenging course in a superb setting, with magnificent sweeping views across the bay. In Alcanada there are restaurants with superb views like La Terraza wich is by the sea and is popular with boat owners, who drop anchor to come and eat at this family-owned business which serves Mediterranean cuisine with contemporary flair.
