Apartment very comfortable and very well located, walking distance from the center of Palma, 10 minutes, and the promenade and beach, 8 minutes.
From the airport takes about 10 minutes. They also have the option of using the bus line 1.
Sleeps 4. A room with double bed and a second with two single beds, two bedrooms with wardrobes.
Two bathrooms with bath.
Small terrace which is accessed through the rooms.
Hot-cold air conditioning throughout the house.
Fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher.
Very comfortable and spacious lounge with TV and WIFI.

Dall'inizio, i rapporti con Aurelio, il proprietario della casa, sono stati chiari e cordiali. Maria, la persona che ci ha accolti all'inizio e congedati alla fine, è una vera gemma, gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è esattamente come lo si vede su Homeaway, le foto sono veritiere al 100%, pulito, ben attrezzato, con tutto quel che serve. E' molto comodo se ci si muove in auto: il viale su cui sta il palazzo conduce velocemente sui viali e le superstrade, soprattutto andando verso est. In più, arrivare stanchi dopo una giornata di turismo e spiaggia, e scendere comodi nel posto in garage di fianco all'ascensore è impagabile. Raccomandato al 100%.

Perfect place to stay with family or friends, very clean and fully stocked. Wifi worked perfectly and every room had an own a/c which is a pleasant necessity to have.
Maria, The lady that showed us around was very friendly and helpfull.
We had a perfect stay in Palma, felt like home!

El piso me ha encantado, hemos pasado nuestras vacaciones alojados en el apartamento de Aurelio y María, y no hemos tenido problema alguno, el apartamento se encuentra muy cerca de la estación intermodal (donde puedes coger los trenes y buses para ir a los lugares más lejanos de Palma), también hemos podido ir caminando al centro histórico de Palma y al paseo marítimo dónde se encuentran los pubs y discotecas. Han sido muy amables en todo momento, volveremos a repetir sin duda!
