These amazing apartments are located in a small complex on a fabulous spot right on the water's edge. Its amazing location allow our guests to hear the waves crashing against the rocks below the apartments. You will enjoy as well the large swimming pool within the complex. Free parking.

A lovely beach is accessible by foot path in just 4 minutes walk.

Sitges glamorous port is very close (7 minutes by foot) and offers a wide variety of bar, cafes and fabulous restaurants. Downtown Sitges is a 15 to 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

Apartment 2 - CASA DEL MAR: 140 sqm-up to 8 people. This two floor's apartment is placed on top of a cliff over the sea. Its large open space on the first floor includes living room, entertainment area with 2 sofa bed, dining room, kitchen and a spacious terrace, where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner by the sea. Downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, all of them oriented to the sea. Enjoy the view of the sea and the sound of the waves from everywhere!

Location

The apartments are located in Sitges, a charming town on the coast at approximately 30 minutes drive or train journey to Barcelona. This special apartments can be found just before entering Sitges from Barcelona at Punta Gaviota. The apartments are five minutes walk from the nearest beach and a 10 minute walk to Sitges marina Aiguadolç, which is full of bars, restaurants and water sports activities. A 5 min car drive will take you to the centre of Sitges town (or a 20 min walk) where the guest can enjoy all there is on offer.

Tarragona, with its historic roman ruins, is placed 30 minutes drive to the south, as well as Port Aventura, which is a park attraction, and it is 40 min away by car from Sitges.

Also, if you love nature, you can discover the hundreds of acres of beautiful unspoilt natural parkland just inland from Sitges.

By : LynneC on July : 2016 Hats off to Ramon who, along with his brother, provides the best accomodations you could ever imagine for a summer vacation in Sitges. The gentle waves lap under an open window while the breeze blows through the light curtains of this condo unit perched on a rocky cliff. We were a party of 6 adults; the two bedrooms with doubles & one bedroom with twin beds worked perfectly. The bedrooms are downstairs with two large baths so the upstairs is the common area. We cooked in the kitchen with meals & cocktails on the deck overlooking the clear blue water. Just outside the door is a large shared swimming pool & a bit farther a cove where you can splash around in the sea. Hail a taxi to catch the train to Barcelona (it runs 4 times/hour) or bring groceries back for cooking. In the heat of summer, nothing works better than a balcony over the sea and all the sights of Barcelona in the backyard. Bring your own beach towels or buy some at the nearby shops in Sitges. We hope to return soon!
By : Scott R. on July : 2016 We've travelled extensively and this place takes the cake for views. All the comforts for our family of 5. Can't beat the location outside the fabulous town of Sitges and close to Barcelona. I wouldn't stay anywhere else and can't wait to come back!!
By : cathie shipton on May : 2016 Oh yes - it's all good! The flat is amazing and will blow you away from your first moment inside. There is lots of room, good quality equipment/facilities and a lovely warm welcome. The view from all the windows and the balcony is just the sea and you have to make an effort to see anything else! Ramon, who met us as arranged only moments after we called, was so kind and generous with his time and was happy to answer any queries in person or by email during our stay. He even replaced the shower during our stay due to some minor defect pointed out by the previous occupant (not that we had really noticed a problem). The pool in the complex is just steps away from the front door and despite a coolish breeze coming off the sea a couple of days, as the pool was surrounded by the small complex of apartments, it was always a real sun trap and even the cold water-averse members of our party were in daily. The complex and pool were beautiful and perched on the cliffs on the very edge of town, so all you could hear on the balcony was the sea (we couldn't even hear the children bickering inside the apartment!). There was some mild train noise, but it was not a problem at all as they stopped overnight and so did not intrude on our thoughts much at all.

The apartment is lovely and cool with the fresh sea breezes with all amenities you could wish for to make it a great and very comfortable stay. The shared pool is always clean, refreshing but not freezing and often we had it all to ourselves. The beach and marina are just a five minute walk away and the main part of the town is a little further, 10/15mins depending on how fast you walk. It's a nice walk though as there's plenty to enjoy and see along the way. Sitges is a magical place and this apartment really captures the magic with the amazing views and the beautiful sounds of the sea to fall asleep to, wake up to and enjoy whilst sitting on the balcony and just relaxing. We had an absolutely brilliant holiday here and would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful property.
By : Nathan on July : 2015 Case del Mar is a spacious two-floor apartment with enough space for two adults, four teens, and a five-year-old boy to never feel cramped over a two-week stay. We made large use of the well-equipped kitchen to serve meals on the terrace. We supplemented with luncheons in town and dinners in the port -- many to choose from and all very good. The pool was outside the front door and the beach was an easy 5-minute walk for our son along the shore. For exercise we swam in the sea, which was calm most days, and jogged into town and down the boardwalk on the far side. Our teenage girls walked to town, trained into Barcelona for the day, and played ping pong on the shaded table by the pool. We slept with open windows to the sound of crashing waves; a new ceiling fan kept away any insects. Ramon was a perfect host and we made poolside friends of several other families with children of similar age.
By : Starr M. on September : 2014 The Casa Del Mar located directly on the sea is a lovely destination in this part of the world. We made great use of the kitchen and all of it's amenities as well as many of the local restaurants. Everything you could ever ask for and the Proprietors are lovely assisting with any requests. Our daily visits to the surrounding cities Tarragona and Barcelona were easy to access from this lovely central location. Don't miss the Aqueduct Diablo enroute to Tarragona...brilliant!!!
By : Cathy B. on April : 2013 Casa Del Mar is so lovely, better than we expected! Sitting on the balcony enjoying the awesome view of the coastline and the ocean. It is truly more beautiful than the picture. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms on the lower level are efficient and comfortable. It was nice to have a washing machine to use. The apartment was clean, fresh and well maintained. We also appreciated the wifi, it's nice to stay in touch with family while traveling. The walk into town is enjoyable and there are a number of beaches to chose from along the way Thank you, Ramon for all of your suggestions for shopping, dining etc. they were much appreciated! We wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back!
By : Hugh & marie on September : 2012 Our party of 5 adults just spent a wonderful week at Casa Del Mar. Ramon,The owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The photos do not do justice to the apartment, it is much nicer and larger than shown and very nicely furnished and clean. Built into a cliff with windows just 10 meters above the ocean, it is just idyllic. The restaurants and bars are just a short walk (try the spare ribs at Buenos Aires) The beach is just a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, in fact there are several beaches to enjoy. For the foodies, the Carrefour supermarket is 2 minutes by car and is very well stocked with a tremendous variety of foods to please all palates. There is free parking at the complex; that said - Ramon advised us to use the pay parking lots if leaving the car in town, street parking is difficult to find. The rail system into Barcelona is very efficient and frequent and easy to get around. I highly recommend staying at Casa Del Mar. Hugh & Marie, West Hempstead, NY
