The villa on the upper floor has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cozy living room with view to the sea. All bedrooms have private balcony with sea view.
In the ground floor a spacious and bright living room with fireplace overlooking to the garden and the pool, the kitchen next to the dining area, a master bedroom with private bathroom equipped with Jacuzzi and the guest bathroom.
In the lower level there is the playroom with home cinema system equipped with 120” wide screen and gaming console. Outside spacious gardens all around the villa in 2 levels. The swimming pool has secured access with sun beds and umbrellas available for the guests. There is also large BBQ unit and spacious parking place inside the premises.
McArthurGlen and 40' away from Athens city center where you can visit the Acropolis and other historic monuments. Public transportation is also available near the residence.
