The Space
Exclusive use of the upper floor of our house (40 square metres), for up to four people. Space comprises :
Double bedroom - as double-bed (UK King) or twin-bed room - with folding doors (which can be left open, or closed for privacy) leading to the adjacent Terrace room lounge.
Cosy single bedroom with a pleasant view of the neighbourhood.
Terrace room lounge – with beautiful views, a sofa, table, chairs, flat-screen TV + DVD's, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and direct access to the roof terrace. This room can be used as third bedroom (it has one air mattress, and a fitted wardrobe).
1st Floor landing - has a well stocked fridge and a microwave.
Modern bathroom – with bath, shower, bidet, and heated towel rail. Hot water 24 hours a day
+ Spacious Roof terrace (21 square metres) – with table, chairs, and amazing views - of south London, and the Kent and Surrey countryside. A perfect place to relax and dream !
Parking available for one vehicle on the driveway.
Service wash available @ £10 per laundry basket (provided).
The Neighbourhood
Crystal Palace at 380 feet is one of the highest and most charming London suburbs, only 7 miles from central London, with a village atmosphere and excellent transport links, with great views of London and the Kent and Surrey countryside.
Take a stroll around nearby Crystal Palace 200 acre park - with a maze, animal farm, the Victorian full-size dinosaur sculptures created in 1854 for the Great Exhibition + the Crystal Palace National Sports Centre with Olympic size swimming pool, squash & tennis courts, and other amenities.
Enjoy the Crystal Palace triangle (consisting of 3 main streets), with its Saturday outdoor food market and the adjacent Haynes Lane indoor collectibles market. (There is also easy access from Crystal Palace to other interesting London markets - e.g Bermondsey Market, Borough Market, Brixton Market, Columbia Road Flower Market, and Spitalfields Market.)
Take a walk to the nearby Sydenham Woods, where you will forget that you're in a city and feel more like you're in the deepest woods of the countryside.

- on the London Overground to Canada Water (18 minutes) where you can interchange onto the underground (tube) network.
- to London Bridge (23 minutes) for easy access to St Paul's Cathedral, the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, the Tate Modern art gallery, the Southbank and the Thames river path with historic pubs; and quick connection from London Bridge station to Charing Cross station for Trafalgar Square and London’s famous West End..
