The villa has 3 bedrooms on the first floor with a sea view and the mountain. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom in and the other 2 have one to share. Each room has a comfortable, independent balcony. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner and sewing materials. Also there is a/c, hair drier and towels. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a bath, the kitchen and the living room with a fireplace and a spacious porch with a table and chairs with a view to the pool. The kitchen has: an electric stove, a fridge,a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender and home furnishing. The living room has satellite TV and Wifi. The Outdoor facilities include a balcony with a table and chairs, the pool with sun umbrellas, sun beds, free private parking space, internet, barbecue facilities. It is surrounded by 1500 square meters of lawn, trees and flowers.
Nearby there is Kolympari where you can wander at the fishing village, the harbor for the yachts, walk to the Monastery of Gonia, and the Orthodox Academy of Crete. The view is certain to captivate even the most demanding. The local picturesque tavernas offer fresh seafood and pure local products: meat from Rodopou, vegetables from the flatland, olive oil from the area the oldest olive tree in the Mediterranean exists.
The visitor can enjoy a swim at Kamisiana, if tranquility and uniqueness is desired, at Afrata, at Nopigia or Rabdouha. For those looking for crowded, organized beaches there is Maleme, Agia Marina.
