Eco house is situated near the city of Loutraki in Peloponnese region. It is a modern residence with fenced area in a calm district very close to Isthmos canal. The whole structure is based on the principals of bioclimatic design. The green yard is a good place for children to play. You will also find here a beautiful garden with different fruits and vegetables.
The total area of the house is 150 sq.m. The spacious living room with dining area, flat TV, sofas and coffee table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: refrigerator, electric stove, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker and dishes. There are 3 bedrooms in the house: 2 with king size bed and a children’s room with 1 bed and baby cot. Master bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. And there is another bathroom with shower and toilet. Also there are two balconies with mountain view and rest area.
The Eco house has a central geothermic climate system which provides favorable temperature in summer time. We are sure, that you will enjoy a perfect holiday during your stay in Greece.
