The space
A fantastic hillside location with a splendid view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik, island of Lokrum and Adriatic Sea. This newly built apartment (50 square feet) sleeps 3 people comfortably and has all the necessary amenities including parking. The apartment is air-conditioned with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, cattle) and a dining area. From living room you can enjoy stunning sea and city view.
Guest access
We are providing free Wi-Fi access, private parking area, the availability of using barbecue, private terrace. Guests can use iron and ironing facilities, as well a hairdryer and a washing machine, upon request.
Interaction with guests
We are available 24hours for any information about location, suggestions for city tours or daily excursions, and recommendations for restaurants or night life, anything our guests need to fell like they are at home.
The neighborhood
A beautiful location overlooking to the Old Town and Adriatic Sea. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful. Only 10 minutes walking distance down the street to the Old Town. You can experience a relaxing holiday in a beautiful surroundings.
Getting around
There is an excellent connection with the Old Town of Dubrovnik by bus number 3, every hour. Bus station is just 300 meters from apartment. By this bus station there is also walking path through the woods, 45 minutes climbing up and you`ll get to the top of the hill Srđ from where is a stunning view of entire city and islands.
Supermarket is located just 800meters walking down the street, as well the bakery.
Popular sandy beach "Banje" / "East-West" just 15 minutes walking distance from apartment.
Airport is located 20 kilometers (30 minutes driving distance) from us. We are also offering special price for airport transfer service on request.
