The space
This is a luxury villa and consists of two floors. In ground-floor there is the comfortable sitting room with big sofas and 50'' smart TV, a spacious kitchen equipped with all the amenities and refrigerator, stove and electric oven , as well also can make coffees, (espresso, cappuccino, frappe, Greek traditional coffee) and dining room. One big double bed room and one WC with shower. Also on the ground floor there are two balconies, one in front of the living room and one out of the kitchen where you can enjoy your breakfast and your lunch. The total space of ground floor is 100 m² (inside)
In the first floor there are the master bed room with one king size bed, A/C, private bath room and wardrobe.Also two double spacious bedrooms with two single bed each and one big bathroom. At the and finally the most part of the house, a large balcony from which you can relax and enjoy the quietness and the panoramic views all day long. The total space of first floor is 100 m² (inside) and 70 m² balcony.
The house is located within a beautiful garden of 2550 m² with lemon and orange trees, roses, jasmines and Queen Palms. There is no better place to relax and find some peace of mind, listening to the birds' singing, having fresh orange or lemon juice or tasting the local wine. The house offers an outdoor barbecue for meat lovers.

Aigio
Aigio, also written as Aeghion, Aegion, Aegio, Egio, (Greek: Αίγιο, pronounced ) is a town and a former municipality in Achaea, West Greece, Greece. The municipal unit has an area of 151.101 km2. Its population is around 26,000. Aigio is a port town on the Gulf of Corinth.
The southwestern part of the municipality consists of the foothills of the Panachaiko mountain. The river Selinountas flows into the Gulf of Corinth in Valimitika, 5 km east of Aigio town centre. The town centre is immediately on the coast, between the ferry port and the railway station. Fishermen bring their catches from a night of fishing into the markets every morning. Sites of interest include a Mycenean house dating back to ancient times, located near the cliffs.
There is a hospital southwest of the town centre. Residential houses surround the city and flourish in the western part of Aigio, making it a popular destination for Athenians and others alike. Orange and lemon trees grow in most yards, and irrigation from small, open canals keeps the city greener than most.
Every area in Aigialeia has something different to offer to the visitor. The main attractions in the area, besides the beaches, are the famous Odontotos train that starts from Diakofto and reaches Kalavrita though the canyon of Vouraikos. The train route is considered one of the most beautiful train routes in Greece and among the best in Europe.
In Aigio you will find a number of tourist attractions with the most important the church of "Panagia Trypiti" which was built inside a cave and is located near the harbour of Aigio. Also important attraction in Aigio is the square of "Psila Alonia".
Temeni,Valimitika,Digeliotika,Aliki,Longos,Selianitika are villages very close to Aigio with beautiful beaches. Kalavrita is one of the most important mountain tourist attraction with beautiful scenery, a ski center and great history.
