The house was built approximately in 1912 by the grandparents of the current owner (Pedro and Fidelina). In the beginning, the plot built was half of what is now Villa Mica, and in its vicinity there were several caves dug into the mountain that served as a bathroom and kitchen, which completed the house; This was something very common at this time and nowadays you can see some of these excavations in the surroundings. One night in 1926, a lute landed on the house where Pedro, Fidelina and their children were sleeping, some of them babies, luckily there were no injuries, but the house had to be rebuilt to repair the damage caused; for this reason the locals say of this house that takes care of its inhabitants. This house was the home of this family until the late 60s.
Years later this house became the property of Micaela (daughter of Pedro and Fidelina), who used it on weekends and also as a rural house in which were stored the crops of potatoes, apples, pears, plums and all kinds of vegetables that they cultivated, while the rest of the week they had to live in the southeast for work reasons.
