This apartment is in a very good location. Everything, what you need, is there. The kitchen is full equipped with kitchen utensils and in the living room there are board games for children. The whole apartment is modern furnished and very suitable for families. Parking is always available in front of the door, there are 2 elevators in the apartment block. Under the apartment block is a very sought after pastry shop / café, the best known of Viana. In addition to delicious rolls and cakes, you can eat there for breakfast. A 10-minute walk will take you to Estação Viana Shopping, where there are plenty of opportunities to have lunch and dinner with great selection and good prices. It is possible to walk to the hill of the church of Santa Luzia, 600 meters from the apartment. Every Friday, the traditional market takes place in Viana.
