Fabulous two bed top floor penthouse apartment facing onto the North Atlantic Sea with spectacular views of the ocean and also one of Europe's best Surf Spots ... The Peak.

It is a spacious bright apartment with front living room and bedrooms having walls of glass.

It is overlooking the bay and has perfect views of the surfers and the local pier. You can see some great sunsets too.

One long balcony wraps around the whole apartment and you can walk outside onto it from all rooms including both bedrooms.

It has free fibre Broadbank and a Smart TV (with Netflix available on it.)

It has a Bose Speaker with a great sound so you can listen to your own music from your phone (Bluetooth)

It is a very comfortable apartment with underfloor heating.

The beds are very comfortable (zip and link.) This means you can have a choice of 4 single beds or 2 king sized beds, or a mixture of both. There is a view of the sea from the Master bedroom.

There is a very spacious walk-in electric shower. (It has a step so not accessible for wheelchairs)

There is a kitchen with all the necessary modern appliances.

FABULOUS BRIGHT SPACIOUS PENTHOUSE APARTMENT WITH AMAZING VIEWS OF THE WILD ATLANTIC - THROUGH WALLS OF GLASS......

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a dining area and a well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine.

It is very comfortable with underfloor heating and has an electric spacious walk-in shower.

The entrance is from the Main Street – through the Main Front Door or through the gated underground car park. A fob is needed to enter the car park but not to exit. The fob and codes for doors will be given to you on arrival.

There is an elevator to bring you up to the top floor.(4th)

The apartment is in a very central location, close to shops and all amenities… restaurants and pubs. It overlooks the sea and perfect views of the surfers and the pier. Has to be seen to be believed!!

It's easy to get around the town walking, as it is not very big, but a car would be useful for sightseeing.

There are beautiful walk along the Promenade with lots of seating along the way to take a rest or just to sit and enjoy the scenery or you might see some surfers if the conditions are suitable.

The Peak Restaurant is on the ground floor of the same building. It has the same great view but from a lower level. It is open eveyday during the summer, but only at the weekends over the winter.

• Bundoran is a great and extremely popular place to bring children. It has Water World where there are pools of different depths, and slides etc etc. Just outside Waterrworld there are swings and climbing bars etc for children. There are numerous little bays along the promenade of Bundoran where the children can swim or play in the sand and some have rock pools for the toddlers. There is also a natural outdoor swimming pool that fills up when the tide is in. - ✓

By : Lance on January : 2018 Epic. Weekend surf. With a Birds eye view of The Peak, 180 degree through glass windows. Did I mention it’s the penthouse! Beds were fricken amazing, firm mattress and super silky soft sheets douvet and pillows. So there’s that box too! Then a kick Ass Bose Bluetooth speaker for the ambiance! Nice couches to Zen out to the view. Netflix if you fancy, we preferred the view! Good cooking facilities and a decent shower (no bath). All round a super smart well thought out apartment offering maximum modern comfort In a beautiful location with stunning views. Sold.

The open plan living room has so many different lights, so we played with it. Kitchen is well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our time in Marie's apartment. Marie is a great host, she patiently waited for us as we were late, she showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment, everything was clean, crisp and ready for us. I would definitely recommend this property to any group of up to 4 who wish to stay in this area, for a weekend, a week or a month. Jana and Aldi

The apartment was spotless with everything we needed for a relaxed weekend. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance to many bats, cafes and restaurants. There's so much to see and do in the local area.
