A comfortable, recently modernised, family-friendly holiday house with its own pool, a large garden and an outdoor kitchen for 4-5 people with an optional additional apartment to rent (2 people) with its own roof terrace - it's all ready and waiting for you to visit!
A feel-good house for the most beautiful time of the year! Suitable for summer and winter visits.
It's a good place for racing cyclists as the cycle-mad property manager will gladly help you with tours and bike rentals.
A detached holiday house with an 8 x 4.5m pool on a large, 1,200-square-metre, beautifully laid out plot of land in an elevated location whose views can never be obstructed. The house lies on the southern slope of the Mostalla mountains with a fantastic, 180º panoramic view from the mountains to the sea. You can see the historic, 700-year-old city of Pego from here and look out across hundreds of thousands of orange trees that stretch right down to the sea. Experience the freedom and enjoy the endless open space.
The large terrace is an inviting place to eat breakfast, lunch, have a barbecue or relax every single day. Round off your day with a lovely glass of red wine in your hand and marvel at the unbelievable starry sky here in the south.
Special features
The holiday house was built in 2003 and bought and renovated by us in 2015. It's in magnificent condition and leaves no wishes unfulfilled.
The property enjoys 120 square metres of living space with an additional 40-square-metre apartment on the upper storey if you wish (with a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchenette) with a large, 20-square-metre roof terrace that isn't overlooked. We only rent out the apartment along with the main house! This of course means that no strangers will be using your pool - only the friends or relatives you bring with you. There's air conditioning in all of the bedrooms, allowing you to spend even warm nights in comfort. The 2/3 bedrooms all have their own bathrooms and there's an outside shower and toilet, so there won't be any fighting for bathroom space early in the morning. The house and the kitchen in particular are both fully furnished and comprehensively equipped. There's absolutely everything you'll need.
If you fancy enjoying a sauna, you'll find it in the basement alongside the washing machine and the ironing station.
The holiday home has central heating (only operational in the winter months) and an open fireplace, making your stay here very comfortable indeed, even in winter and during the in-between season.
Holiday destination Costa Blanca / Denia / Pego
Pego sits slightly tucked away between Denia and Oliva in the interior and is overlooked by many as a result. This means that anyone who makes the detour here can enjoy the city's wonderful location in total peace and quiet.
You'll find tennis courts, golf courses, all the shops you could want and lots of restaurants serving Spanish and international cuisine in the near vicinity. The Pego Valley is flat, making it ideal for hiking and cycling.
The seaside nearby with its beach that's broad, kilometres long, well-kept, covered in powder sand and flanked by dunes is never overcrowded and offers everything you could hope for in a beach holiday.
We particularly recommend taking trips into the mountainous interior with its magnificent views.

The manager of our holiday home is a keen racing cyclist. That means he's very happy to organise cycle tours and/or cycle hire. You're even welcome to go for a ride together.
You can choose between 5 interesting golf courses all within a radius of around 40km, including the nearby (approx. 8km) new 18-hole "Club de Golf Oliva Nova" (course 6,270m, par 72, handicap limit: 36/36).
The wonderfully beautiful city of Denia with its Moorish fortress, harbour, old town, shopping street and great restaurants lies just around 20km away.
Pego, which is still quite a traditional little city, can also easily be reached by foot through the orange fields. There are restaurants, bars, cafés and shops like Mercadona and Aldi, etc. there.

You'll find - almost! - everything you need here in a peaceful location that's nevertheless not far from town. There are places to shop (supermarkets, boutiques, bakeries ...) along with bars, cafés and a variety of restaurants in the traditional city of Pego. Looking out at the innumerable stars and the city lights from the terrace in the evening with a cool beer or a good glass of wine is the very definition of pure relaxation!
And if you rent the apartment too, your friends will also have the chance to have a little time to themselves and grandma and grandpa can enjoy the evening on their own balcony while their darling grandchildren are taken to bed downstairs.

Mit unserer Familie verbrachten wir 10 Tage in den 2 Ferienwohnungen. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben viele Wanderungen in die umliegenden Bergen unternommen und den sehr gepflegten nicht überlaufenden Strand genossen. Rundum ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

Monte Mostala bei Pego - toller Urlaubsort. Nur wenige Häuser sind am Hang gebaut, man ist hier weitgehend ungestört. Das Haus bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man im Urlaub haben möchte. Die Hauptwohnung ist groß und bequem, Terrasse+Aussicht top, sehr zu empfehlen. Pool haben wir sehr genutzt, eine Auffrischung ist notwendig (geplant im Winter). Internet sehr schwach, leider nicht zu gebrauchen. LTE vom Handy hat es problemlos ersetzt. Garten sehr schön um am Abend dort zu sitzen, allerdings hier sollte man viel zurückschneiden. Nächster Strand ist nicht überlaufen, ohne Sonnenschirmflut ca.8km(17min, es kommt einem viel kurzer vor). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Pego (6 min), es lohnt sich auch zum Frühstück hinzufahren. Gesamtbewertung trotzt nicht voller Punktzahl - jeder Zeit wieder

Angekommen und erstmal hin und weg von der bombastischen Aussicht. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet allen Komfort. Die Aussenküche direkt am Pool war eines der Highlights. Sehr hilfreich war auch die Klimaanlage, da wir zwischenzeitlich Temperaturen bis knapp an die 40 Grad Celsius hatten, was aber wohl nicht die Regel ist, wie uns der sehr hilfreiche Verwalter bestätigte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nette Restaurants sind mit dem Wagen innerhalb 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Fazit: Wir kommen wieder

Der Blick über die Orangenfelder nach Pego ein TRAUM. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Klima und Ventilatoren. Die Terrasse mit dem herrlichen Pool, die Außenküche mit Gasgrill und der Blick über die Felder ist wunderschön und man möchte nicht mehr weg von diesem schönen Fleck. Das Haus liegt wunderschön ruhig und lässt einem vom ersten Augenblick ankommen und den Urlaub genießen. Das Meer ist auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Zum bummeln und Ausflüge (Kajak-Tour, etc.) ist Denia nicht weit. Claudio (Verwalter) und auch der Poolpfleger sind ne Wucht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren zusammen mit guten Freunden dort, die das Appartement dazugebucht haben. Diese Kombi ist super, jeder konnte für sich sein und wir haben zusammen gekocht, gegessen, und den Ausblick von den Terrassen genossen. Das Haus ist innen wir außen sehr liebevoll ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber. Das Willkommenspaket fanden wir eine sehr nette Geste der Vermieter.
Ausflüge zum Strand und nach Denia sind unbedingt empfehlenswert, aber man kann sich auch einfach am Haus super erholen und entspannen. Wir waren absolut begeistert und kommen auch 2017 in den Herbstferien wieder!

We happily rent the house out to 4 people. However, you can also rent the additional apartment
(approx. 40m² with a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony) that can be accessed via a separate entrance for a further 2 people
(additional charge: 180 to 315 GBP depending on the season, see the rental prices).
This makes the house especially well-suited to couples travelling together or for a multi-generational trip.
