Luxury Villa

We furnished and equipped the Villa to meet all the requirements of a modern guest, combining the pleasing visual aspect with the comfort and practicality. Modern XXL villa is a spacious, architect designed house on two storeys. Its 8 bedrooms are normally furnished to sleep 16 people, but there is a sofa for extra 2 persons. There are also 2 bathrooms and washrooms. Two kitchens are fully equipped with all the appliances - dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, espresso machine, water kettles, fridges, freezers as well as living rooms and dining rooms (flat tv, satellite) In the bathrooms there is a hair drier and a washing maschine, including cleaning products and toiletries. The master bedrooms have the king size beds and 3 towels per person, as well as an extra one for the pool. Both homes have a balcony and a patio with a view of the mountaing. Large garden with private pool with18 pool chairs, bbq, gym and children playground (trampoline, swing). Huge parking lot that can fit 6 vehicles

Payment Policy

Children are more than welcome! If you are arriving with a newborn we will provide you with a crab, a bathing tub and an infant walker. Smoking is not permitted and although we love animals, pets are also not permitted. Please let us know beforehand of you exact deprating time-which should not be later than 10am. We kindly ask you to handle the home inventory as it were your own. In case of the rain please bring inside the patio cushions and in case of strong wind please roll in the patio awning. Fruit that you find in the garden are for you to enjoy. There are also local products, such as honey, jam, cordilas, prosciutto. . that we make for our own use but we will happily offer you the same so you can fully experience the dalamtian cuisine. Residential tax is included in price.
