Payment Policy

Requests for further information may be made by completing the on-line form. When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount. and the balance(remaining 50%) 7 days prior to the check in date. This down payment may be made as follows: 1. Via Bank transfer When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid 7 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. in case of no show 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
