Ideally located in central Parnon, the "Prytanio" guest house is located at the crossroads between Lakonia and Arcadia, stealing from the beauty of both prefectures. It is located at an altitude of 1100m, in an area full of fir trees and black pine trees, with many springs. The most appropriate option if you are looking for relaxation and tranquility. Its location is advantageous: It is 230 km from Athens (about 3 hours), 40 km from Mystras and 35 km from Sparta. "Prytanio" consists of three stone-built buildings, fully harmonized with the environment, since our aim was the fewest possible interventions in the natural landscape. And we succeeded!

Surrounded by the lush greenery of Mount Parnonas, the stone-built Pritanio offers traditional hotel in Polydroso Village of Lakonia. The hotel’s public areas include a restaurant and a bar and enjoy free Wi-Fi access.
Featuring wooden floors and beamed ceilings, all rooms of Pritanio are decorated with well-chosen furnishings and soft colours. Each is equipped with iron, while most of them open out to a balcony enjoying views over the green surroundings. Some units are split-level and some come with a fireplace.
A rich breakfast is offered daily at the dining area or in the rooms upon request, while guests can enjoy local delicacies at the elegant on-site restaurant. The hotel’s bar offers a warm setting for a night drink by the fireplace.
Staff at the front desk can arrange bicycle rental and can provide information on excursions in the area. A small spot where guests can buy local products is available in the reception area.
Pritanio is situated 42 km from Mystras and 35 km from the town of Sparti. The seaside Gytheio village is at 68 km from the hotel. Free private parking is available on site.
This property also has one of the best-rated locations in Polídhroson! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area.

It is equipped with 2 big double beds, with anatomic mattresses, one of which is located at the southeast part of the room and is surrounded by 3 windows with views to the evergreen forest and the village. The other bed is located in the spacious attic which you can access by a handmade wooden staircase. In the living room there is a built sofa-bed, where the biggest fireplace of the guesthouse prevails in the room with its unique architectural design. )
