Vasilikis Pyrgos is a stone traditional house, renovated and fully furnished. It is built on three stores 3rd floor:two bathrooms, one with shower cabinet and one with shower, children's bedroom, big fylly equiped kitchen with dinning room, master bedroom, small back yard and veranda in master. 2nd store:romantic bedroom and very big living room. 1st store 8m2 yard with stone floor with second external kitchen. Big and convenient, romantic and full of energy, cool in summer because of the stone walls, ideal to relax to enjoy , to meditate, to write to draw, to enjoy nature.

Guest access

Visitors have full access to the three floors of this traditional house, to the front private yard and kitchen with extra refrigerator and gus stove.also access to the terrace.

Other things to note

The house has two kitchens, the beach is 7 kilometers away by car. There is a bus connecting the village with kardamyli. The vasiliki park on Taygetos mountain is 20 kilometers away. Ideal to enjoy mountain activities, and swimming.

By : Vered on August : 2018 It does not get better than this home in Greece! This home, host, village, area and experience exceeded our expectations many times over. A beautiful and spacious home, a warm, generous and kind host, a stone village untouched by time, situated on a mountainside dotted by olive trees yet close to the most beautiful beaches in Greece, and an experience of the very best of Greek life, culture and community. We loved the home itself. It is large, comfortable, with lots of natural light, multiple indoor and exceptional outdoor spaces (including a full outdoor kitchen!) and romantic courtyard. Liza is a one-of-a-kind host – warmest, kindest and most generous host we have ever interacted with via Airbnb. You could simply not ask for more. The village, Exochori, was truly the most beautiful and well-located of any village we came across in a month travel across mainland Greece! The community was warm, welcoming and kind – such as generously inviting us to village celebrations and inviting us to drink wine and eat with them in the local Taverna (1 minute walk from the house!). The village is located on a beautiful mountainside, with spectacular views, very close to lovely tavernas, and very short distance down the mountain to the most beautiful beaches imaginable. It is also a very short drive to a lovely but more touristed villages (Kardamyli), which provides access to various amenities such as large grocery stores, cafes, etc. This area of Mani is the very best that Greece has to offer – stunning views, beaches, and culture. We were truly sad to leave. We will be back – many times!
By : Richard on August : 2018 Just returned from our holiday in Greece. We spent the first 5 days in Liza's house in Exochori and I cannot recommend it highly enough! Perfect location to visit the numerous beautiful beaches in this part of Greece but also a few degrees cooler in the evenings which is great for sleeping. Liza and her family were such great hosts and made us feel so welcome from meeting us at 10.30 in the evening on our arrival to introducing us to the local community in Exochori. We had such a great immersive experience. Liza and family even took us on a fantastic day trip into the Taygetus Mountains which was an experience we would never have had otherwise. We would love to return back here and I would not hesitate to recommend Liza's place to anyone looking for a visit to the real Greece. We arrived as strangers and left as friends! Thank you.

By : Patricia on July : 2018 We had a great time in this wonderful village with its very friendly people. My two children and I felt very comfortable and spent very nice vacations we will never forget and come back. In the village you feel near to the top of the mountains but if you turn around you can watch the sea. It is not far to the beaches and the climate is very good up there. You can take very nice walks from here what I did with my children (8 and 11 years old). Around the corner from Lizas house there is a very nice bar where you always get coffee and fresh eating. In the day everything ist very quiet, but in the night you can meet many people from the village there. Twice we were invited to have fresh fish that someone from the village took from the sea the night before. Exochori is a very special place where it is a lot to discover. Even there is a little museum where we learnt by guide a lot about the history of the village and also Greek history. If you are interested in history you can do nice trips from here to Mistras or Olympia for example. My children and I love this place, the area and the very friendly people there. Liza is a great host and very good in communications. She offered us some opportunies to get to know nice places around and get contact to the people that live there.

Payment Policy

Please Note that- Availability in this property is on request. When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. Down payment:- When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount. and the balance(remaining 50%) is paid in cash on arrival. This down payment may be made as follows: 1. Via Bank transfer Bank transfer When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid in Cash upon arrival to the house.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
