By : Sheel on July : 2019 Alba's place is located around 20 mins from Cordoba town centre which is great value for money. The space was very clean and easily heated/cooled with every area of the apartment having its own heating/cooling system. The kitchen is small but had the basic amenities. However there was no electric kettle or normal toaster. The bathroom was nice and had plenty of extra amenities. The only issue is the shower head had no stand, but this is a minor flaw. The WiFi was strong. I would recommend staying here without hesitation.
By : Marc on April : 2019 Good deal to Visit Cordoba ! The appartment is big, and close to the old part of the city of Cordoba. It was very clean and extremely well equiped. We were very well welcomed. There is a convenient place to park the car in the nearby. One point that we noticed: we found the appartment a bit dark, and thus we had to have the lights on at any time of the day. This may be due to the fact that we had cloudy weather in Cordoba, but also because it is a street level and thus there are curtains or other elements in front of the windows to preserve privacy. Overall, it was a good stay and we really enjoyed being there.
By : Christina on October : 2018 Alba’s place is really clean and good walking distance to the old city , super market and parking was easy and for us - safe! The apartment has heaps of space which after travelling for over 4 weeks in many places, we found a real blessing so we could spread out and reorganise! She has really put some thought in to what guests might need- there was many different types of tea , coffee, good kitchen condiments and utensils and the bathroom! Great hairdryer, and if you have forgotten a toothbrush or cleanser, shampoo etc - it’s all there and more . Thank you Alba for a great visit!!
By : Stamen on September : 2018 The host provided us with the right information and contacted me proactively in advance. The apartment was really exceptionally clean! It is very well furnished and has all which our family needed. Also it is conveniently placed and we were able to reach all tourist attractions by walking around. As it is on the ground floor some more noise could be expected during the day but anyways we were out most of the time. In general we had a pleasant stay and we left with very good impressions!

When you receive confirmation that the house is available and wish to accept our proposal, please confirm the booking by means of e-mail and then arrange to make the down payment (see below for details) within 48 (forty-eight) hours, communicating the details as soon as possible. Down payment:- When you confirm the booking, you will be required to make a down payment of 50% (Fifty percent) of the total amount. and the balance(remaining 50%) is paid in cash on arrival. This down payment may be made as follows: 1. Via Bank transfer Bank transfer When you have made the down payment and communicated the details, you will receive a written confirmation of the booking via e-mail. The balance of the agreed amount is to be paid in Cash upon arrival to the house.

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
