Bed & breakfast Finca Amorosa ,

Offers five en-suite bedrooms, swimming pool and a large terrace with open views to a beautiful fertile Andalucian countryside.

Possibility to eat dinners 6 times a week.

Located close to the small village Villanueva de la Concepcion which lies at the foot of the most stunning natural reserve "El Torcal".

This traditional Andalucian farm house is set in a beautiful 5 acre plot of land with olive and almond groves and various fruit trees. The property has a 9m x 4.5m swimming pool and pool terrace.

The traditional finca

The property was completely renovated to an exceptionally high standard.

Water heating is by a combination of “Solar Panel” and an “Air Heat Pump” – an extremely efficient eco-friendly system.

The accommodation and amenities

The large front terrace is accessible from the parking through a beautiful Andalusian hardwood door.

The comfortable living room with a wood stove is accessible directly from the kitchen. This space also benefits from a vaulted ceiling and exposed beams.

Within the main house are three en-suite bedrooms - two of them are accessible from the living room.

The master bedroom suite Olive is on the first floor and has splendid panoramic views.

Two other en suite bedrooms are accessible from the terrace.

All bedrooms have ceiling fans for the warmer months and electric wall panel heaters for the cooler months. They all have vaulted ceilings and exposed beams.

The ground floor bedrooms also have stained glass windows for added privacy.

All windows have traditional wooden shutters and also have mosquito screens.

WIFI is available throughout the property. TV is available in the living room and in de room Nispero.

Garden

The property extends about 5 acres of land with almond and olive trees, and other fruit.

You enter through an electric gate and a tree and lavender-lined driveway leads you to a large parking area.

From the front terrace, which is facing south, you can overlook the magnificent environment.

From here you can see the swimming pool and a petanque court or "petanca", or you can enjoy the sun or have a nice evening diner.

Environnement

Finca Amorosa is about 10 minutes drive from the typical Spanish village Villanueva de la Concepcion, with a wide choice of bars and restaurants, boutiques as well as two banks and a 24/7 medical center.

This village is nestling at the foot of El Torcal nature Park, known for mesmerizing limestone formations that have formed some very interesting shapes.

The historical city Antequera lays about a 25 minutes drive from Finca Amorosa. It is known as "the heart of Andalusia" because of its central location among Malaga, Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. The Antequera Dolmens Site is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

The airport of Malaga is about 45 minutes away from Finca Amorosa.

Villanueva de La Concepción also has a traditional market on Monday from 10 to 13 pm, with fresh local produce, vegetables / fruits / flowers, and clothing stalls and other things. Remember the trade does not open on Sundays. On the other hand your hosts domiciled at your disposal to help and advise you, our philosophy is to make your stay unforgettable! DAILY BUS SERVICE to Málaga and Antequera. A visit to Malaga (90 minutes by bus) 2 services in the morning and two in the afternoon. A visit to the City Market would be a good way to try local products, particularly the wide selection of sea foods. Visit You also The Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, The Alcazaba and Plaza de Toros. Take a stroll through the recently rebuilt port area, enjoy a lazy lunch in one of the many tapas bars, and explore the local boutiques. Bus to Antequera minimum service once a day. TRAIN SERVICES DAILY from the station in Antequera, trains to Seville, Cordoba, Granada and Malaga. High-speed trains can also be taken in Antequera to go to Madrid from the remote Santa Ana station about twenty minutes outside of Antequera. The trip to Madrid lasts 2 hours 1/2. A very relaxed way to explore cities with historical heritage.

Payment Policy

You have to pay 50% in advance By Bank Transfer in order to confirm the reservation.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation up to 8 weeks before the arrival date, we will pay back the deposit in full. In case of cancellation within the period of 8 weeks to 4 weeks before the arrival date, we will charge 50% of the deposit. If canceled less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, the total deposit will be charged. The full balance must be paid on arrival. We do not accept credit cards, there are ATMs in the nearby village. We always advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
