Villa Lori is a luxury and exceptionally tasteful holiday house, located just 4 km from Poreč, in the village Blagdanići, former residence of the Poreč family of Blagdan. Due to the proximity of the highway, staying at Villa Lori is within easy reach of all destinations in Istria. Villa has secured parking for two cars, if needed and more.

By : Stefan on June : 2019 Everything was great, the rooms, the pool and the jacuzzi. The hosts very nice and very helpful. Reception with a welcome drink and fresh strawberries.
By : Marcello on June : 2019 Villa Lori is highly recommended. Very good reception by owners who were waiting for us with the whole family. Wine, soft drinks and pastries were offered to us afterwards to get a tour of the villa. Everything was top very hygienes and all facilities were available. Thank you for giving us a wonderful holiday, we will definitely be back !!!!!!

Payment Policy

Check in after 4pm, check out by 10am. Refundable Damage Deposit: €300 (It is a security deposit, payable when arrive and will be returned if no damage or breakages is done). Upon receiving confirmation of reservation the guest has to make and advance payment of 30% within the next 5 days, thus definitely confirming the booking. The balance of the full amount has to be paid at least 30 days before arrival. For reservations made within 30 days before arrival the total amount of reservation must be paid in the next 48 hours. Cancelation Policy

Reservation cancellations notified till 30 days before arrival: 30% of the total reservation cost is charged Reservation cancellations notified between 29 and 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total reservation cost is charged Reservation cancellations notified between 7 and 1 days before arrival: 80% of the total reservation cost is charged Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged.
