65 km from Finca Las Palmeras.

Cartagena: 150.000 inhabitants, at the sea. Used to be the most important city of Spain during the carthaginian and roman era. Actually is a Navy base and an important commercial port. The harbour area is a very attractive part of the city, with restaurants, bars and terraces with plenty of animation. In town you have a splendid roman amphitheater overlooking the bay among other monuments.

Location of Finca Las Palmeras:

At the North boundary of the Regional protected área “Calblanque” (Make it up on the internet) which goes from nearly Cabo de Palos at the East along the mediterranean coast till the bay of Portman at the West.

The property is the open country, with the sea coast at 700m and 1400m away from the center of the nearest town (Los Belones) where there are restaurants, supermarkets, Medical Center and other services. Los Belones used to be a village living out from farming activity has become an anexo of La Manga Club which is only 3 kms away as far as services and amenities is concerned.

Christmas day and New year´s eve add 200€ each for the main house.

By Christmas and New Year´s eve we rent the bungalow only together with the main house.

Finca las Palmeras

Welcome to very Beautiful Finca las Palmeras

At present there is a 2 story house with a large kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, patio and 4 double bedrooms with bathroom each, being the one of the master bedrooms very spacious with shower, jacuzzi, etc.

Outside, next to the kitchen is the BBQ area with a large table made of stone.

Beds for 8 guests + 3 possible extra beds.

30m. away from the main house there is a bungalow with 2 double bedrooms with bathroom and american kitchen.

Beds for 4 people + 1 possible extra bed.

Both lodging share garden and swimming pool.

The residential area is about 4/5000sqm big with gardens and many trees which creates a delicious microclimate especially enjoyable in summertime and provide different areas to be enjoyed by the guests.

In the rest of the property there are about 700 olive trees, fig trees and other fruit trees.

A wall surrounds completely the property.

The property is on the slope of a hill and have specially from the terraces and solárium of the house a beautiful view of the Mar Menor (Lagoon), the countryside and La Manga Club.

Mountain bike, tracking, climbing, Gol (There are 6 Golf Clubs within a distance of 40kms from Finca Las Palmeras, Tennis, Scuba diving (In Cabo de Palos which is only 6km from Finca Las Palmeras is one of the best places in Europe for diving), windsurfing, skite, light sailing (Mainly in the Lagoon), sailing ( It is possible to rent yachts), horse riding There is a stable 250m away from Finca Las Palmeras), etc.

By : Wabach on August : 2019 A superb property in a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The big house is comfortable for at least 8 people and the reception is very nice. The house is in the middle of nature, the view from the terraces is splendid and in 30 minutes on foot you can swim in pretty creeks little crowded where the water is hot and very clear.

Cancelation Policy

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
