Welcome to very beautiful Villa Boss
Villa Boss is Private Home with One Room for Bed & Breakfast,a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a shared lounge, and a garden, ottoman seating platform, plenty of shaded sitting areas and plenty of sunbathing areas. The space
Here in Villa Boss just outside the quaint village of Ozankoy in the district of Girne (Kyrenia) North Cyprus we have a modest spare room in our family home which we are more than happy to offer on relaxed bed-and-breakfast format. Villa Boss, named after the lady of the house, Boss, there are a couple of fabulous 100 year old olive trees and a mixture of citrus fruit trees in the garden. Little-legs and Daisy are resident pooches who will welcome you with vigour, the miserable old cat only shows up at supper time. Wi-Fi and TV are available and in the winter we have the log fire gently warming the sitting room, central heating will make sure that you never get cold.
Guest access
Your room has a large and comfortable king-size bed, wash-hand basin, en-suite shower-room, wardrobe, dressing table, plenty of storage and a/c. There is a large balcony outside your room which has a huge sunbed and a small table and chairs so if you want a little bit of quite ‘me-time’ you can hide away.
A à la carte breakfast is available daily at the bed and breakfast.
Rowena & Steve are available to give guidance at the 24-hour front desk.

Stephen’s place is located in Ozankoy, Kyrenia, Cyprus.
So close to the village, Ozankoy and Girne (Kyrenia) is just ten minutes away, yet we are still surrounded by countryside; nice and quiet. Great local beaches just down the road, mountain walks abound and lots of great restaurants to explore.
Getting around
Car hire is easy, we have pals and chums who are very willing to help.
Dolmus, is the local bus system; so cheap to use.
Taxi; no problem.

Beautiful home, and we very much appreciated Rowena's warm hospitality and unforgettable breakfasts in the morning. I particularly enjoyed swimming in the private pool in the afternoons at sunset with the majestic mountains in the background. Would certainly return to this property!

After staying with Rowena & Steve we can fully understand the excellent reviews they have received before. The place was beautiful and peaceful, the breakfast out of this world (you are a star Rowena!) and both were incredibly friendly and helpful. You really made us feel at home, thank you! I would reccomend this BnB to absolutely everyone. Ro truly went above and beyond to make our stay super enjoyable from the moment we walked in. Welcome drinks by the pool and great conversation and local tips. She is a genius in the kitchen and the breakfast is simply amazing. We really felt like we recieved the royal treatment and couldn't have asked for anything more to make our stay any better. Special mention to Daisy and Little Legs the two sweetest dog's. I also should menion that it was my girlfriend's birthday throughout our stay and Ro truly outdid herself with helping to make it really special, she baked an amazing cake which blew her away. 5 star all the way.

Stephen and Rowena were very welcoming to their beautiful home from the outset. It is situated in a quiet area of Ozankoy and has a lovely ambience. The accommodation is faultless and lots of thoughtful extra touches made our stay special and memorable. The bedroom is very comfortable, with a lovely En-Suite and private balcony to relax and take in the wonderful mountain view and olive grove. The inviting pool with sun beds and parasols around was such an asset with the very warm weather we had. Rowena prepared a fabulous breakfast, there was lots of delicious cooked choices available, together with an array of cereals, fresh fruits, yoghurts, home made preserves and jams. All in all, staying at Villa Boss was an unforgettable experience.
