FYI it’s soo private and remote once you are within 10 minutes of the destination - regular gps and phone reception is not great. Pre map directions inside while on wifi before heading out!

Which does make it seriously peaceful and work can be done via WIFI

Private Estate Cottage 48 Acres

Welcome to your Dream Home. This Estate Cottage is located on 48 acres of private land.

Very private estate property. Town of Bowmanville is only 15 mins drive away to groceries, restaurants/bar, gas stations etc

Perfect for a group of 10 people looking to get away for a weekend.

The lake and connected river are all part of the land belonging to the property.

The space

This is an excellent way to escape the city or busy day to day life.

The property has lots of land to hike and explore.

48 acres of land all private!

The whole house is yours to use!

You will find two bedrooms on the main floor. One master with a larger on suite washroom newly renovated with a spa jet tub. A second bedroom on the main floor and three more bedrooms downstairs! (5 bedrooms total)

All beds are double or larger!

Feel free to book an extra 2 people if you want to use the sofas for sleeping in the main room.

The basement features a backyard walk out and additional sofas.

A great place to host an large group. Please message about larger groups events.

By : Balgopal on June : 2019 The location is excellent. The house has great amenities and has a nice view of the lake. It is a perfect place for a large family reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Payment Policy

Upon the reservation confirmation you have to pay you 50% of the total reservation amount as well as the security deposit, and the remaining 50% is to paid before 15 days of your arrival

Cancelation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% will be charged, If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the total reservation cost will be charged.
