Payment Policy

Payment Policy: Upon the reservation confirmation, you have to pay 50% of the total reservation amount as well as the security deposit, and the remaining 50% is to be paid cash or bank transfer on arrival. Payments prior to arrival can be made only by bank transfer. A security deposit of 2000 NIS or equivalent in USD, is required upon arrival. The entire deposit will be refunded in cash or bank transfer after checking the Villa and ensuring there was no damage or violations.

Cancelation Policy

If trip is canceled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If canceled or modified later than that or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
