Cal Cap Blanc
Housing for tourist use (rural accommodation)
Cal Cap Blanc is a newly used tourist home (July 2017), fully equipped for families and groups of up to eight people. The house is located in a square, in the middle of the village, next to the Church. The passage of vehicles is very small, since the square is accessed from a single street without exit.
On the first floor of the house, with a wood stove, heating and air conditioning, you will find three rooms (one with a double bed and an optional cot, another with two single beds and a third with a bed of Marriage and a single bed); An equipped kitchen; A room with a washing machine, dryer and iron; A dining room and living room, and a full bathroom. On the ground floor there are two leisure areas: the interior space consists of a large recreation room with a table tennis table, children's toys and board games for adults, A reading corner, with a small library, a table and a sofa; The exterior space consists of a large closed patio, with a large table, chairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
Rooms
Cal Cap Blanc has three large bedrooms for a total of seven people. In case you need it and ask in advance, there is the option to add an extra bed or cot.
All the rooms are exterior, overlooking the church's plaza, and in each one you will find a large closet and a chest of drawers. Each one takes the name of a land of our vineyards: 'El Clot', 'Els Plans' and 'El Torrent'.
The kitchen
The house has a large kitchen, equipped with a fireplace and everything you need to prepare a good meal: refrigerator with freezer, hob and oven, microwave, tableware, kitchen utensils, thermos and equipment for picnic. In addition, you will find a table with chairs and a highchair for children. There is also an outlet to extend, for example, towels and swimsuits.
Laundry room: In this room there is a washing machine with soap and softener, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The dining room
In the dining room you will find a large table for eight people that allows you to open, a comfortable sofa, a 40" flat TV with DVD and a music chain.
Recreation room
A large room with table, chairs and sofa. Toys for children, ping-pong table, books for all ages and some board games.

• Do you want to make a calçotada? From December to March, we help you prepare it: you will not have to worry about the calçots, the sauce or the meat.

Payment Policy

Upon the reservation confirmation you have to pay you 50% of the total reservation amount as well as the security deposit, and the remaining 50% is to be paid cash on arrival. Payment can be made by PayPal, Credit or Debit card, MB way or Bank Transfer. A security deposit of 300 Euro is required upon arrival. Payment will be made in cash. Your refund will be made at check-out. The entire guarantee will be refunded in cash after checking the accommodation.

If cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 50% will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, total price of the reservation will be charged.
