Cal Xotis

Farmhouse

Cal Xotis is a farmhouse that dates to 1890, during 2021 it has been completely renovated to be able to provide it with the comforts of the current times. Located in the village of Vallcebre, an old mining town, close to Serra d ‘Ensija and Pedraforca valley, it offers rest and nature in a unique environment.

Interiors

Cal Xotis consists of two buildings and can accommodate a total of 16 people. In the Farmhouse there are three rooms, located in its three floors, all of them with exterior views and en-suite bathroom. A kitchen-dining room with living room and access to the spacious terrace overlooking Serra del Cadí, Tossa d ‘Alp and Puigmal in the background. And the games room with access to the covered barbecue. The building has an elevator and an adapted room for customers with functional diversity. The other building is the old barn where there are two exterior rooms with en-suite bathroom and independent entrances.

The surroundings

The house is surrounded on one side by centuries-old oak forest and a pine forest and on the other by meadows. It has a playground, an outdoor swimming pool (heated half april until half novembre aproximatly) with superb views, a covered barbecue, trampoline, kids park, green spaces for multiple activities and a field fire with benches ideal for enjoying with family and friends. In the parking area, near the house, there is a recharge point for electric/hybrid cars.
