Luxury Villa Including Guest House with Large Garden and Pool
After a long and probably tiring journey, it’s now time to enjoy yourself. Allow yourself to be pampered by our staff during your stay in the villa. There is nothing you need to do since everything will be taken care of; the cooking, the cleaning, the laundry, the shopping. Even the, garden and the pool will be looked after for you. Just relax in your own swimming pool which is situated in the beautiful tropical garden looking out across the Balinese sea.
On the 2,000 m2 plot of land, around the villa, there is also a guest house. You can stay total with 12 persons; 8 persons in the villa and 4 in the guest house.
The villa has 4 bedrooms each whit double four-poster bed with a mosquito net, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen and a spacious living room with patio doors opening out onto the terrace with a fantastic view of the sea.
The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning for a comfortable temperature at night.
You don’t even have to bring your own towels and bedclothes.Each bedroom has a safety-deposit box where you can safely store your money and valuables.
Service and personnel at holiday home Pelangi on Bali
Six days a week you have personnel at your service who will cook, wash and clean for you.
If desired, they will also do the grocery shopping for you (at your own cost, but groceries are very cheap). The swimming pool and the garden will also be kept by our staff for six days a week
Security
The beach villa has its own security post which has a guard in the evening and at night so you can enjoy a safe and undisturbed night’s rest.
driver(s)
If desired, we can send a driver(s) to pick you up at the airport and take you to the villa. (pick up service) The drive to the villa takes about 2,5 hours. Your driver will be waiting near the exit of the airport carrying a sign with your name on it. The costs for this pick up-service are approx 600,000 rupiah per car (approx 45-50 Euros, depending on the exchange rate) . These costs are for your own account.
Car capacity 7 persons incl. driver.
You may also hire these driver(s) for day trips; they will show you the best spots of Bali.Please arrange this on location whit the driver or drivers concerned.If you want to drive yourself, please note that people drive on the left in this country. If you are not used to this, we advise you against it especially in the busy south of Bali.

You can rent the villa and the guest house for a longer period of time; the price will be adjusted accordingly.

Last-minute conditions: 30% discount on the rental fee applies for to maximum one week, you rent more than consecutive week, the following rates applies, 1e week 30% off, 2e week 20% off, 3e week 10% off, from the 4e week you pay the normal rate.
Last minute bookings must be paid immediately and in full.
Minimum rental period: 5 nights high season, 3 nights low season, 7 nights last-minute, or in consultation.

Gas, water and electricity are included in the rental prices; normally this will amount to between 10-15 Euros per day, depending on the occupation of the villa and the guest house. This price will rise substantially if the air conditioning is left on unnecessarily. We therefore advise you not to turn on the air conditioning until about thirty minutes before going to bed. We reserve every right to deduct the costs of extreme electricity consumption from the security bond.
Reservations and payment
Fill in the application form If you wish to make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation as soon as possible.Payment : 50% of the rental price has to be paid whitin 5 days, only then will the reservation be definite. The remaining 50% plus the security bond has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa.
For bookings made more than 1 year in advance of arrival at the villa. Payment: 25% of the rental price must be paid within 5 days of booking:only then will the reservation be definite; subsequently ,25% of the rental price must be paid 8 months before arrival at the villa. And the remaining 50% plus the security bond , has to be paid at least 6 weeks before arrival at the villa .Naturally, you will recieve a proof of payment afther every payment made.

Cancelation Policy
|
|
The deposit is non-refundable so you need to take care of cancellation insurance yourself.
The security bond will be refunded 14 days after leaving the villa and the guest house.
The villa and the guest house will be inspected by the personnel upon arrival and upon departure.
Costs for any damages or missing objects will be deducted from the security bond.
