By : Scott on June : 2019 This place was as good, BETTER really, than any five star hotel I’ve visited anywhere in the world. It was immaculately clean, had fantastic modern showers with room for two, and amenities galore. The breakfast was outstanding. I really could go on and on but I think you get the point. I can promise that it will be the ONLY place we will stay when visiting New Bern, unless it’s sold out which will be very likely given their amazing place.
By : Jesse H on May : 2019 This was an incredibly nice, exquisite, beautiful and clean bed and breakfast. Mike and Denise could not have been nicer. The breakfast was one of the best that I ever had. Mike found out my wife was to be at a reception when I landed and insisted on picking me up at the airport and bringing me to the inn for her. A fridge stocked with water and soda awaits all guest. This was positively one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an inn, or fancy hotel
By : BNARed on April : 2019 What a wonderful property and proprietors! Denise and Michael went WAAAY out of their way to accomodate us. We were in town for a less than happy event, a funeral. Michael picked us up on arrival at the airport and delivered back to same on our departure. An offer to make one of their vehicles at our disposal, should we need one, was again WAAY out of norm and not even thinkable (is that a word?). They didnt have to BUT they DID. When I discovered that Denise and I had a history of working at American Airlines we automatically bonded like sorority sisters, sharing laughs and the tall tales that only 'ye old' airline people tell. Their attention to their guests is a fine example that chain hotels might want to adopt. The rooms are clean to the umpteenth and breakfast healthy and hearty. The stay was relaxing and a diversion from the reason we were there. It's been so long since I've stayed at a B&B I'd forgotten how much more pleasant it can be to be 'hosted by FRIENDS'. Don't this twice - book HERE and you will have no regrets. It's taken me forever to put this review to words, shameful! I will do better NEXT time, when I come back to tour New Bern.
